Our ANZAC Biscuit Mix makes for a perfect gift for the avid (or newbie) bakers in your life!
125g unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp boiling water
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Combine contents of jar in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Melt butter and maple syrup in a small pot over a low heat. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Combine 2 tbsp. boiling water to dry ingredients along with the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
Roll heaped tablespoon of biscuit dough into balls. Place on a large, lightly greased or paper lined tray, about 10cm apart. Flatten slightly and bake for 12 minutes, until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
