75g butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1. Preheat oven to 175C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the contents of the jar, along with butter and egg, into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
3. Roll 1 Tbsp of dough into a ball and flatten with the palms of your hand. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the dough.
4. Bake for 10-15 mins, or until golden brown. Leave to cool before eating! Makes approximately 20 pieces.
