- Pearled Barley doesn’t need pre-soaking, just rinse well
- Add to soups or stews at the start of cooking process
- Or simmer 1 cup of barley to 3 cups of water or stock, covered on a low heat for about 45 minutes.
- When barley is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed; fluff grains with a
fork and serve
