- It’s best to grind or ‘crack’ linseeds before using, or chew them very well; otherwise they can pass through the body undigested
- Use a rolling pin, mortar & pestle or blender.
- Add whole or 'cracked’ linseeds to bread mixes, muesli bars and energy balls.
- Sprinkle them over cereal, yoghurt, salads, or steamed veggies
