For optimal digestion, it is best to grind or ‘crack’ linseeds before using with a rolling pin, mortar & pestle or blender, or chew them very well.
Add whole or ‘cracked’ linseeds to bread mixes, muesli bars and energy balls. Sprinkle them over cereal, yoghurt, salads, or steamed veggies for a nutritional boost.
