Guar Gum is great gluten-free thickener to use in sauces, soups and desserts, and a binder in baked goods.
Use about 1tsp for each cup of liquid in hot sauces; about ½ as much in cold recipes
Use guar gum as directed in baking recipes, or add about ½ teaspoon for each cup of gluten-free flour to improve binding and texture
