Our Organic Moong Dahl has a oft golden colour and a subtle sweet flavour, with no need to pre-soak and quick to prepare. Rinse and then added directly to curries and stews, simmering for 20-25 minutes or until soft.
They are great in salads and burgers, or can easily be cooked a little more to a lush creamy consistency.
