Organic Mung Beans


Mung beans are packed with potassium, magnesium, folate, fiber, and vitamin B6.

To cook mung beans, pre-soak in cold water for 2-4hours. Soaked beans can be added directly to soups & stews to cook, ~20-25 minutes. Don’t add salt while cooking, as this can make outer skins of legumes tough.

These beans are great for sprouting too!
