Peppermint has been traditionally used to soothe digestive problems and calm inflammation. It has a pleasant, robust mint flavour and aroma, and is popular in foods and beverages.
Can be enjoyed as a refreshing hot or cold tea. Use 1 teaspoon for every 200 ml of water (and one for the pot). Steep for 5-8 minutes, or a little longer for a stronger flavour. Best sweetened with a little honey or add lemon, if desired.
