Organic Psyllium Husk


Psyllium Husks can be added to smoothies or sprinkled over cereal, porridge or yoghurt for a fibre boost. Add a teaspoon of psyllium to cooled herbal tea or a glass of water.

Great in raw desserts or vegan/egg-free bakes as a binder.
