Organic White Sesame Seeds


Sesame seeds are a good source of several nutrients crucial for your immune system, including zinc, selenium, copper, iron, vitamin B6, and antioxidants.

Sesame seeds can be used raw or lightly toasted. To toast, place in a dry pan over a low heat, moving constantly for even cooking, till a light golden colour.

Add to smoothies or sprinkled over cereal or yoghurt, salads, stir fries and stews.
