Organic Whole Green Lentils


Add these green lentils to hearty soups and stews or use in salads with a bright dressing.

To pre-cook these lentils, rinse thoroughly before bringing to boil in a pot of water at a ratio of 1:3. Reduce heat to simmer for 30-40mins (longer if un-soaked) or until tender. Adding salt while cooking can cause them to become tough.
