Use these yellow split peas to make traditional dahl, in soups or fry into fritters.
Yellow split peas don’t need to be soaked before cooking; but, it will shorten cooking time. Bring to the boil in water or stock, reduce heat to medium & cook for 45–60 min (90 minutes if un-soaked).
