Red Kidney Beans


Red Kidney Beans are a good source of iron, phosphorus and potassium. They're also an excellent low-fat source of protein and dietary fibre.

Red Kidney beans must be pre-soaked in plenty of cold water for a minimum of 5 hours before cooking. Drain, rinse well and boil for 10-20mins, before reducing heat & simmering until tender – about 1½-2 hours.

Enjoy in homemade chilli, stews or in salads.
