A versatile spice which can be used to season all sorts of dishes like chicken, beef and roasted chickpeas.
To prep the Shawarma meat, combine 1 tablespoon of this seasoning with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and a little salt and let the chicken marinade for 10-20mins
For Beef or Lamb Shawarmas, let marinade for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
